On my machine the MPU board slides out and the JW10 jumper location is in the lower right portion of the pcb. Open the front door, unlock and remove the MPU board, and move the SAFERAM CLEAR jumper at JW10 to the enable position. I would try the partial first, then a full if that doesn't work, then a complete if that doesn't work.Ģ. Complete resets all game meters to zero and sets game options to factory default settings. There are three types of saferam clear, complete, full, and partial. Here is the procedure for machines that don't require clear chips. If you do require clear chips, I can give you the procedure, but getting the chips is up to you. Mine do not require this, and I hope yours don't either. Ok, from what I understand, some S5500 machines require a RAM clear chip or chips to perform a saferam clear.
